Administration (with the Will) of the Personal Estate of Philip Anstie Smith formerly of 32 Ladbroke - grove Notting Hill in the County of Middlesex but late of Accrà in the Gold Coast Colony Esquire Chief Justice of the said Colony who died 1 May 1879 at Accrà was grated at the Principal Registry to Frances Helen Smith of 1 Aubrey - road Notting Hill Spinster the Adminstratrix of the Personal Estate of Frances Emily Smith Widow the relict and sole Executrix and Universal Legatee.
