R Wilding's first name

R Wilding was elected as a member of the Otago Institute on 24 August 1870. Unfortunately he is recorded with his initial only. The Otago Institute was a scientific asociation with links to the NZ Institute. It suggests that he can be placed in the Otago area at that time, so other sources (Electoral Roll etc) may yield further information as to his first name.
