PUBLICATION NOTICE

To the above-named Defendant: JASON M. WEED

YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that a lawsuit has been filed against you in the above Court by the above-named Plaintiffs for the wrongful death of Robert Jenkins. You will take notice that you have been sued in the above-named Court by the above-named Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs seek damages in excess of $40,000,000.00 together with attorney fees, interest and cost of this action.

Unless you answer the petition filed by Plaintiff in the District Court of Oklahoma County at 320 Robert S. Kerr, Room 409, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, on or before forty-one (41) days from the first day of publication of this notice, the Petition will be taken as true and a judgment for the Plaintiff for damages will be rendered accordingly.
