ROSS, Circuit Judge, dissenting.

This is an extremely close case, but because the trial court had the best opportunity to view the witnesses and judge their credibility, I would defer to his determination that discrimination played no part in Holman's discharge. I concur in Parts II and III of Judge Gibson's opinion.
