Henry Mitchell,—Preston revoked,—patent, 3 April 1378.—Sir Robert Preston was removed upon his petition, by writ, dated at Tristeldermot, 27 March, until the King or Privy Council of Ireland should direct the contrary; and 3 April, he was ordered to deliver, by the usual indenture between them, to the said Mitchell, all the records in his custody relating to this court.—R.
