Criminal Law Act may refer to:
  • Criminal Law Act 1967 (c. 58), an UK Act of Parliament that abolished the distinction of felony and misdemeanor, codified the law on using force during arrest, and penalized acts that impedes criminal investigation. Act also repealed numerous obsolete enactments.
  • Criminal Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 (c. 18 (N.I.)), a Act of the Northern Ireland Parliament that implements most of the Criminal Law Act 1967 in Northern Ireland.
  • Criminal Law Act, 1976 (No. 32 of 1976), an Irish Act that amends various enactments (particularly the Offences against the State Act, 1939). Act also created the offences of incitement or invitation to join unlawful organisation, escape from custody, photographing Garda stations, courthouses and prisons, and giving false information to the Garda.
  • Criminal Law Act 1977 (c. 45), an UK Act of Parliament that codified the law on criminal conspiracy (Part I) and the offences of trespassing (Part II), altered criminal procedures on offences triable summary, only on indictment and either way (Part III). Act also amended and repealed various enactments, and created the offences of bomb hoax and inciting girl under sixteen to have incestuous sexual intercourse (repealed by Sexual Offences Act 2003 (c. 42)).
  • Criminal Law Act, 1997 (No. 14 of 1997), a Irish Act that implements most of the Criminal Law Act 1967 in Ireland.
