Shop Owner Fishes, Thief Makes Catch. Arcadia, California. While the proprietor of a lawnmower shop at 19 South Second Avenue went fishing over the weekend a burglar fished in his change box and came up with a few dollars. Norman Winblad told officers between $2 and $5 was missing from the cash box. Entrance was gained through an unlocked window in the shop.
