National Factory for Manufacturing Paints
Owing to an acute shortage of paints on the markets, the Moscow Art Collegium has decided to establish its own factory for manufacturing paints, with an experimental laboratory, attached.
The establishment of such a factory will no doubt play an important part since Germany, possessing in abundance all kinds of chemical products, may, as soon as commercial relations are renewed, flood the Russian market with its paints, which, by the way, are of lower quality as compared with those of England and France.
