EXECUTIVE ORDER,
No. 91

⁠Upon recommendations of the Honorable, the Secretary of the Interior and the provincial board of the Mountain Province, and pursuant to the provisions of Act numbered Seventeen hundred and forty-eight, entitled “An Act authorizing the adjustment of provincial and municipal boundaries and authorizing the change of capitals of provinces and subprovinces, as may be necessary from time to time to serve the public convenience and interest,” the territory of the former Spanish comandancia of Kayapa is hereby transferred from the subprovince of Benguet to the Province of Nueva Vizcaya and shall hereafter constitute a part of the territory of that province.

⁠This order shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirteen.
