Some text is here, but it seems to require some special font. John Vandenberg (chat) 12:06, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This would be a very useful project, but does not seem to be very active. I know that [1] has an html version of BDB that would be easily transferable to Wikisource, although I am unaware of the copyright status of this electronic version. This would be something worth looking into. --76.22.249.211 19:05, 4 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the links. --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 17:31, 24 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thoughts on using colon instead of superscript to mark verses? (I believe that they used the superscript to save space, but that doesn't seem to be as much of an issue for us, and I think it would make retyping it a lot easier...)

Is there anyone else still editing for this source? Imeriki al-Shimoni (talk) 01:31, 26 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I would love to edit this source! I have a problem, though, with fonts and rendering. The font used on my browser seems to be arial or something. It looks quite terrible and some marks show up as rectangles. I have Ezra SIL installed, and it looks wonderful, but it won't show on this wikisource.org page while editing. @Limited Atonement: Unfortunately the software doesn't automatically detect Hebrew text and render it using good fonts. It's necessary to wrap all Hebrew text using the template {{hebrew}} to cause it to use language-specific fonts like Ezra SIL. Prosody (talk) 23:01, 2 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I've started plugging along. It's slow work, and I can't promise how far along I'll get. Alephb (talk) 23:51, 30 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
