User D Sheldon did not use italics for underlined words when originally creating these pages, so I did not add them during proofreading. This may be something to add during validation.
The apothecary recipes on page 10 are difficult to read, so I have not marked that page as proofread. Outlier59 (talk) 15:02, 16 February 2016 (UTC)
