These are actually headers, but they got named sidenotes due to their appearance.

This information is taken from the plate pages. If commonscat is the same as the imprinted species, omit the commonscat. The volume number will be used (perhaps) for navigation.

The whole string of information can be taken from the page while proofreading and with a change of the template (page to header or page to species), some handy transcluded pages can be made.
