Ivan Eberhart v. United States

Eberhart v. United States 546 U.S. 12, was a per curiam opinion that reversed a ruling by the Court of Appeals, and ruled that Fed. R. Civ. P. 33 established a non-jurisdictional, inflexible claim-processing rule that was forfeited if not timely asserted.
