Friendship
By Naida M. Freudenberg
(To Ruth Edith Backe)

Our friendship, may it last forever. Forever and a day, may it grow in love, but never Make us feel different than today. Together we have gone through all these years, We have shared each other's happiness and tears. I pray to God this joy shall never cease. That each hour our thoughts for one another may increase.
