Letter dated 2 August 1990 from the Permanent Representative of the United States of America to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council

In light of the invasion of Kuwait by Iraqi forces and the request of the Permanent Representative of Kuwait (S/21423), the United States urgently requests an immediate meeting of the Security Council.
