On Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

No. 412. 

A bankrupt wage earner's vacation pay, accrued but unpaid at the time of filing of his petition, does not pass to the trustee in bankruptcy as "property" under § 70a (5) of the Bankruptcy Act.

Certiorari granted; 425 F. 2d 215, affirmed.
