Allen, Thomas, M.A., Balliol Coll., Oxon, 1838, went the South Wales circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 28 May, 1838, went to the Inner Temple 31 May, 1841, where he was called to the bar 11 June, 1841 (only son of James Allen, Esq., of Freestone, Pembrokeshire); born 17 Feb., 1813; married 1 Sept., 1849, Emily, dau. of late Robert Innes Ackland, Esq., of Boulston, co. Pembroke, and has issue.
