Arbuthnot, Robert George, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1868, B.A. (late scholar and Declamation prizeman) 1865, from Eton, a member of the South-eastern circuit, revising barrister for Surrey since Aug., 1879, joint editor of Smith's Leading Cases, a student of Lincoln's Inn 29 April, 1865, went to the Inner Temple 23 May, 1868 (then aged 25), where he was called to the bar 6 June, 1868 (4th son of Archibald Francis Arbuthnot, Esq., of London); born 1 May, 1843 (see Foster's Baronetage).
