Leominster 1866-75, a student of Lincoln's Inn 3 Dec, 1853 (then aged 18), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1859 (2nd son of John Arkwright, Esq., of Hampton Court, co. Hereford); born 22 Jan., 1835; married 22 July, 1862, Lady Mary Byng, dau. of George, 2nd earl of Strafford (see Foster's Peerage).
