Austin, Edward Cecil Winchcombe, M.A., B.C.L. Brasenose Coll., Oxon, equity draftsman and conveyancer, a student of the Inner Temple 5 Nov., 1868 (then aged 22), called to the bar 30 April, 1872 (eldest surviving son of Rev. John Southgate Austin, vicar of Leigh, co. Glouc.); born 23 Dec., 1845.
