Coll., Oxon, a member of the Western circuit, a student of the Middle Temple 30 Oct., 1863, called to the bar 30 April, 1867 (2nd son of Henry Badcock, of Taunton, Somerset, banker); born 8 June, 1842; married 5 Sept., 1872, Rosette Anne, 2nd dau. of late Thomas Birkbeck, Esq., of Settle, Yorks.
