Coll., Oxon, from Rugby, a member of the Northern circuit, author of Concise Law of Bankruptcy, a student of the Inner Temple 5 June, 1867 (then aged 21), called to the bar 30 April, 1870 (2nd son of Rev. John Baldwin, M.A., late of Dalton-in-Furness, Lancashire, dec.); born 31 May, 1846.
