Banning, Henry Thomas, M.A. Trin. Coll., Oxon, practises in chancery court of Lancaster, author of A Concise Treatise on the Statute Law of the Limitations of Actions and of The Law of Marriage Settlements, a student of the Inner Temple 27 May, 1868 (then aged 23), called to the bar 6 June, 1871 (only son of Rev. Benjamin Banning, vicar of Wellington, Salop, and rural dean); born 24 Aug., 1844; married 20 Oct., 1875, Annie Laura, youngest dau. of Charles Druce, Esq., of Denmark Hill, Surrey.
