Barkley, David Graham, M.A. Queen's Univ., Ireland, additional judge of High Court of the Punjab and a commissioner of Lahore, late assistant commissioner in Punjab, India, a student of Lincoln's Inn 19 Nov., 1868 (then aged 33), studentship May, 1870, called to the bar 10 June, 1870 (eldest son of James Barkley, of Maghera, co. Londonderry, draper); born , 1835.
