Bathurst, Algernon, B.C.L. (late fellow), New Coll., Oxon, 1848, revising barrister Westminster since 187–, a student of Lincoln's Inn 23 Nov., 1843 (then aged 20), called to the bar 23 Nov., 1848 (5th son of Sir James Bathurst, K.C.B., of Somerleaze, Somerset); born 17 Feb., 1823; married 7 May, 1861, Rosetta, daughter of Thomas Alexander, Esq., of Ahilly, co. Donegal, and Frowick House, Essex, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
