Magdalen Coll., Oxon, a member of the South-eastern circuit, joint author of Local Municipal Government, a student of the Inner Temple 3 Nov., 1868 (then aged 21), called to the bar 30 Jan., 1874 (2nd son of Sir Joseph William Bazalgette, C.E., C.B., of Morden, Surrey); born , 1847; married 6 Dec., 1879, Ethel Mary, only dau. of John Boustead, Esq., of Armathwaite Hall, Cumberland, and has issue.
