Brandon, Woodthorpe, assistant judge of Lord Mayor's Court in 1873 and since 1874, registrar 1850-74, educated at St. Paul's School, author of The Law of Foreign Attachment and The Practice of the Lord Mayor's Court, etc., a student of the Middle Temple 2 Nov., 1848, called to the bar 8 Nov., 1851 (2nd son of Henry Brandon, of London, dec.); born 28 Nov., 1813; married , 1859, Louisa, dau. of J. Michael, Esq., of Wandsworth.
