Bremridge, James, went the Home circuit, a student of the Middle Temple 1 May, 1841, called to the bar 3 May, 1844 (eldest son of John Bremridge, of Barnstaple, Devon, merchant, dec.); married 12 Feb., 1870, Mary Ellis, eldest dau. of late Rear-Admiral George F. Herbert; reported dead 1884.
