Brougham, Harold de Vaux, a student of Lincoln's Inn 30 April, 1877 (then aged 18), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1881 (2nd son of James Rigg Brougham, of Beckenham and Lincoln's Inn, bar.-at-law); born 17 Aug., 1858 (see Foster's Peerage).
