Balliol Coll., Oxon, from Eton, a student of Lincoln's Inn 29 Jan., 1822 (then aged 21), called to the bar 9 Feb., 1827 (eldest son of George Daubeny, Esq., of Cote, co. Gloucester); born 9 July, 1800; married 28 May, 1830, Elizabeth, eldest dau. of Humphrey Creswicke, Esq., of Hanham Court, co. Gloucester, and has issue.
