De Salis, William Andrew Fane, M.A., Oriel Coll., Oxon, 1835, J.P. Middlesex and Wilts, revising barrister North Northamptonshire and Peterborough 1839-40, and for North Nottinghamshire, Nottingham, and East Retford in 1841, a student of the Inner Temple 13 May, 1830 (then aged 17), called to the bar 29 Jan., 1836 (2nd son of Jerome, Count de Salis, of Harlington, Middlesex); born 27 Oct., 1812; married 7 March, 1859, Emily Harriette, eldest dau. and heir of late J. T. Mayne, Esq., of Teffont Manor, Wilts.
