Enslie, James Joseph, H.B.M.'s consul at Hadokate since 1882, entered the service of the Foreign Office in 1861, acting registrar and Crown prosecutor in Japan 1880, etc., a student of Lincoln's Inn 26 Jan., 1875 (then aged 37), called to the bar 13 June, 1877 (eldest son of James Enslie, Esq., of the Hague, Holland); born , 1838.
