Evans, Frank, a member of the Northern circuit, practises before the Lancaster Chancery Court, Law Times reporter in Court of Appeal, author of The Practice of the Chancery Division, a student of Lincoln's Inn 25 Jan., 1873 (then aged 21), called to the bar 28 June, 1876 (4th son of Henry Edwin Evans, late of Oldham, co. Lanc., merchant, dec); born 11 Dec, 1850; married 26 May, 1877, Eliza Frances, 2nd dau. of late T. Garth, Esq., of London.
