Falmouth, Viscount (Evelyn Boscawen), capt. late West Kent militia, J.P., D.L. Cornwall, J.P. Kent, a student of the Middle Temple 15 April, 1842, called to the bar 8 May, 1846 (eldest son of Rev. and Hon. John Evelyn Boscawen, rector of Wotton, Surrey); born 18 March, 1819; married 29 July, 1845, Mary Frances Elizabeth, Baroness Le Despencer, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
