Fergusson, John Blackburn, LL.B. Trin. Coll., Camb., a member of the North-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 18 Jan., 1877 (then aged 21), called to the bar 21 April, 1880 (2nd son of late Major Robert Duncan Fergusson, of Cassillis House, co. Ayr); born 2 Dec., 1855; married 27 July, 1880, his cousin, Effie, only dau. of Andrew Blackburn, of Edinburgh, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
