Ffooks-Woodforde, Woodforde, M.A,, Exeter Coll., Oxon, 1842, judge of county courts (circuit No. 19) since 1874, J.P. Derbyshire, formerly a revising barrister and deputy judge of the Tolzey Court Bristol, assumed the additional surname of Woodforde 1870, a student of the Inner Temple 15 Jan., 1839 (then aged 22), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1844 (3rd son of Thomas Fooks, Esq., of Sherborne, Dorset); born 9 June, 1816; married , 1852, Arnie Oliver, eldest dau. of W. Beadon, Esq., J.P., of Otterhead, Devon.
