Fisher, Herbert William, M.A., Christ Church, Oxon, 1851, vice-warden of the stannaries of Cornwall and Devon since 1870, private secretary and keeper of the privy seal to H.R.H. Prince of Wales 1861-70, a student of the Inner Temple 11 Jan., 1853 (then aged 26), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1855 (eldest son of Rev. William H. Fisher, rector of Poulshot, Wilts, and canon residentiary of Salisbury); born , 1826.
