Forbes, Alexander Clark, M.A., Caius Coll., Camb., 1850, J.P. Oxon, a student of the Inner Temple 16 Oct., 1844 (then aged 20), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1848 (eldest son of Sir John Forbes, of London, M.D.); born April, 1824; married 30 Aug., 1853, Lillias Miller, eldest dau. of James Stewart, Esq., of Cairnsmore, Galloway, and has issue.
