Forster, Francis Villiers, a member of the Midland circuit, J.P. Staffs, educated at Westminster School, a student of Lincoln's Inn 13 Nov., 1869 (then aged 19), called to the bar 6 June, 1872 (3rd son of Sir Charles Forster, Bart., of Lyswys Hall, co. Stafford, M.P.); born 9 May, 1850; married 1 Aug., 1876, Harriet Susan, widow of James Mason, Esq. dau. of late W. Seckham, Esq., of Kidlington, Oxon.
