Fremantle, Hon. Thomas Francis, M.P. Bucks since 1876, M.A., Balliol Coll., Oxon, 1854, from Eton, J.P., D.L. Bucks, director London, Brighton, and South Coast Railway Company and Eagle Insurance Company, a student of Lincoln's Inn 15 April, 1851 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1855 (eldest son of Thomas Francis, Lord Cottesloe); born 30 Jan., 1830; married 8-9 Sept., 1859, Lady Augusta Henrietta Scott, dau. of John, 2nd earl of Eldon, D.C.L., and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
