Harwood, Henry Harwood, J.P., D.L. Middlesex, assumed the surname of Harwood in lieu of his patronymic, a student of the Middle Temple 6 April, 1830, called to the bar 10 June, 1836 (eldest son of Rev. Henry Penny, of Kensington, London); born 17 July, 1809; married 20 Aug., 1840, Mary Elizabeth, only child of John Forsyth, Esq., of Cromarty, N.B., H.E.I.C.S.
