Haywood, Edward Waldron, LL.B., S.C.L., Christ Coll., Camb., 1855, J.P., D.L. CO. Worcester, sheriff 1875, capt. (hon. major) Worcestershire yeomanry 1866-82, a student of the Inner Temple 2 May, 1851 (then aged 21), called to the bar 9 June, 1854 (eldest son of Francis Haywood, of Edge Lane Hall, near Liverpool, merchant); born April, 1830; married 10 Feb., 1881, Ada Katherine, youngest dau. of Sir Henry Allsopp, Bart, (see Foster's Baronetage).
