Holford, George, M.A., Emanuel Coll., Camb., 1859, clerk on Charity Commission since 1860 (a principal clerk 1884), late capt. commandant 3rd Middlesex (Hampstead) rifle volunteer corps, a student of Lincoln's Inn 17 April, 1857 (then aged 24), called to the bar 6 June, 1861 (3rd son of Charles Holford, Esq., of Hampstead, Middlesex); born 7 Feb., 1833; married 8 Feb., 1864, Alice Mitford, dau. of late Henry Mitford Boodle, Esq., of London.
