Ingham, Theophilus Hastings, judge of county courts (circuit No. 3) since 1847, recorder of Clitheroe since 1859, sometime a commissioner of bankrupts, J.P., D.L. Yorks West Riding, J.P. Cumberland, Westmorland, and Lancashire, a student of the Inner Temple 8 Feb., 1828, called to the bar 2 May, 1834 (only son of Ignatius Ingham, Esq., of Stock Bracewell, Yorks, dec.); born 15 July, 1808; married 23 Sept., 1829, Mary, only child of John Thomson, Esq.
