Jeffreys, Howel, member of the Bar Committee since Dec., 1883, a revising barrister for Breconshire, goes the South Wales circuit, undergrad. Balliol Coll., Oxon, from Harrow, a student of Lincoln's Inn 4 Nov., 1865 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1870 (only son of John Gwyn Jeffreys, F.R.S., LL.D., late of Lincoln's Inn, bar.-at-law, dec.); born , 1844; married , 1877, Emily, youngest dau. of James Buckley, Esq., J.P., of Penyfai and Castle Gorfod, co. Carmarthen.
