Jones, William Frank, M.A., B.C.L. St. Mary Hall, Oxon, joint editor of Chitty's Index to Reported Cases, a member of the Oxford circuit, assumed the surname of Jones in lieu of his patronymic, a student of Lincoln's Inn 27 Jan., 1870 (then aged 28), exhibition July, 1871, called to the bar 30 April, 1874 (only son of William Jenkin Saer, late of Newport, Mon., dec.); born , 1842.
