Kerr, William Williamson, M.A., Oriel Coll., Oxon, 1846, double 1st class 1843, author of Law and Practice of Injunctions, Law of Fraud and Mistake, Law of Discovery, Law and Practice of Receivers of the High Court, a student of Lincoln's Inn 5 Dec., 1845 (then aged 25), called to the bar 7 June, 1852 [2nd son of (Hon.) James Kerr, of the Inner Temple, and of Quebec, Canada, a justice of the same colony]; born 2 Jan., 1820.
