Kirkpatrick, John, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1840, late major Kent artillery militia, J.P. Kent, editor of Mackenzie's Roman Law, a student of the Inner Temple 31 Jan., 1835 (then aged 20), called to the bar 31 Jan., 1840 (2nd son of George Kirkpatrick, of Bromley, Kent); born ⁠, 1815; married ⁠, 1854, Margaretta, eldest dau. of Henry Caldecott, Esq., of Holton Hall, co. Lincoln, and has issue.
