Salop and late chairman of quarter sessions, a student of Lincoln's Inn 3 May, 1844 (then aged 22), called to the bar 3 May, 1849 (only son of late Henry Dalston Lowndes, Esq., late of London); born , 1822; married 24 Jan., 1850, Jane Alexandrina, dau. of Sir Alexander Young Spearman, Bart, (see Foster's Baronetage).
