Mazzinghi, Thomas John, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1835, from the Charterhouse, librarian of the William Salt Library Stafford since Feb., 1873, served under Indian Law Commission 1865-9, a student of the Inner Temple 22 Jan., 1829 (then aged 18), called to the bar 28 Jan., 1842 (only son of Dominick Peter Mazzinghi, Esq., of London); born 13 Nov., 1810; married Dec., 185-, Anne, dau. of M. Matthieu Schrobilgen, chief greffier of the High Court at Luxembourg.
